The challenge
England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge, which you can take on at your pace as a walk, jog, or run – and fundraise for your favourite charity! Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line. Sign up as an individual or as a team; you’ll get full support all the way, plenty of food & drink, optional camping & transfers, a special medal, T shirt and celebration finish. With 50km, 25km & Henley 10km options also available – there’s a Thames Path Challenge for everyone! Push yourself further in 2026, take on an Ultra Challenge – the UK’s No.1 Series of treks & trail challenges!

- Full Challenge (100km) - Fulham to Henley-on-Thames
- 3 Quarter Challenge (72km) - Hurst Park to Henley-on-Thames
- 1st Half Challenge (50km) - Fulham to Runnymede
- 2nd Half Challenge (50km) - Runnymede to Henley-on-Thames
- 1st Quarter Challenge (28km) - Fulham to Hurt Park
- 2nd Quarter Challenge (22km) - Hurst Park to Runnymede
- 3rd Quarter Challenge (28km) - Runnymede to Cookham
- 4th Quarter Challenge (22km) - Cookham to Henley.
Fundraising
You only need to raise half of the fundraising target 3 weeks ahead of the Thames Path Challenge to confirm your place - you can then top up the rest during, and after, the challenge!
Charity sponsorship - pay a small registration fee and do lots of fundraising!

Full Challenge (100km) - £50 registration fee + £575 in fundraising
Three Quarter Challenge (75km) - £45 registration fee + £475 in fundraising
Half Challenge (50km) - £40 registration fee + £375 in fundraising
Quarter Challenge (25km) - £30 registration fee + £275 in fundraising
10km Challenge - £20 registration fee + £100 in fundraising
Mixed Funding - pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise less.
Full Challenge (100km) - £110 registration fee + £330 in fundraising
Three Quarter Challenge (72km) - £90 registration fee + £270 in fundraising
Half Challenge (28/22km) - £75 registration fee + £225 in fundraising
Quarter Challenge (25km) - £50 registration fee + £150 in fundraising
10km Challenge - £22.50 registration fee + £170 in fundraising
