Thank you for raising money to donate to people affected by dementia.

If you'd rather donate online, you can do that securely as a single or monthly donation.

How to donate by post

If you'd like to donate by post, we'd appreciate it if you could download this form, print it out, fill it in and then send it to us along with your donation.

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'Alzheimer's Society'. Unfortunately we can't accept cash due to security reasons.
